PERCUSSION DUELING PISTOLS 18TH CENTURY

Ref: 47-1110-2 Categories ,

Kolser crafts this beautiful replica of 18th-century percussion duelling pistols, once highly popular across European kingdoms and empires. The design faithfully preserves the original shape and style, measuring 30 centimetres and made of resin and silver-finished metal.

This type of weapon was mostly used in duels such as first shot, first blood or the famous duel to the death.

These weapons were designed to feel like an extension of the duellist’s arm, and were especially popular among the French and Belgians.

It is a splendid piece that, when held, makes you feel like one of those noblemen who defended their honour through duelling.
